Most people are coming back to classes at our facility. So we’ve stopped our LIVE Zoom Classes for the time being. However, you will still have access to about 100 recorded workouts, as well as online videos to help you practice your curriculum.
*REMEMBER - you can try a class, RIGHT NOW, from your house.
Also - we have designated STORE HOURS for you to make purchases and sign up for classes and events.
OUTSIDE OF CLASSES DURING CLASSES
MON & FRI - 10am to 12:30pm WED - 5pm to 9pm
TUES & THURS - 2pm to 4:30pm SAT - 10am to 2pm
